Held second all-time ASU 400m indoor record (46.67) for five years. Member of the National Champion 4x400m relay team (1991). Founder, President of Phew! Performance. Highly sought after by  professional athletes for speed/condition improvement (Baseball, Football, Basketball, Lacrosse and Soccer).
